How Not To Start A Webcomic #24

Contributed by Terotrous of Philosophy Bites

Phalanx says:

What's Wrong With It?:

  1. Gaming comics are overdone. In case you don't get it, there are two many comics out there already about two friends who site around playing games and making sarcastic quips. No more! Please!?!

Saving graces: Sitting dangerously close to the screen will hopefully result in premature death by radiation? *hopeful*

Terotrous says:

What's Wrong With It?:

  1. It breaks the fourth wall in the first comic in an incredibly stupid way
  2. Lame catchphrase to be repeated ad naseum
  3. Characters design is massively inconsistant. I can't remember if this was on purpose or not.

Saving graces: If they can't find the remote, they can't start the comic.

mcDuffies says:

Actually, if they can't find the remote, they'll just sit there and talk, which can be worse.
There's no real background, even in first panel there's no line between walls, where corner is supposed to be. And how is that chair actually supposed to barricade the door?
On the other hand, I like "dangerously close to the screen" and "Hi mom" puns.
