I like the panel borders on this one. That's a very
interesting (and gross) effect there. Not to mention that
the text is very hard to read and there are 'sharpening splotches'
on the page. At least the plot is going somewhere.

Actually, it's a collection of action cliches mixed in some sort of blender. Result: you see that coloured border but it's not really there, you're just hallucinating.
