First off - the characters are blatantly ripped off of two
well known anime shows, and yet copyrights are claimed on just
about every panel. Cut and pasting panels for an action scene
is pretty silly, since such scenes are meant to be captivating and thrilling.

The typical 'push bead of energy' thing. Silly, really. I am ashamed to note it was even used in Harry Potter, of all things. mcDuffies says:
*Lol* They are not moving, the only trace of something happening are their self-explanatory comments. This is even used in anime, saving a lot on animation, but it is usually blatantly obvious.
Also, throwing magic at each other is very lame sort of action, particulary because it's open to any sort of deux ex machina. You don't really see why did the winner really won.
